For all bespoke commissions, a 100% upfront payment is required before work begins. This ensures that I can start creating your unique piece with all the materials and time required. 

Due to the bespoke nature of the design and availability of materials, variations will occur in each creation. Various sizes available. Bespoke orders take 14 days to complete plus delivery time. Please contact me to book in your design.

We understand that your new lampshade needs to be packed and delivered with care, so we use an insured 48 Hour tracked signed for delivery service within the UK, Scottish Highlands and Islands.

Each shade is wrapped in a 100% Recycled calico bag and then packed using #reused packaging

We offer an optional upgrade to Next Day delivery however please note that ready-made items orders received after 11 am will be shipped next working day. Contact us via email if you would like this option.
